Just as WSB Reporter Says Drivers Have Been Careful, a Car Spins Out

WSB TV’s Tom Regan is among dozens of local TV news crews braving the elements this morning as cold, snow and ice gripped much of the Southeast.

Regan was out doing liveshots for the station’s expanded morning show coverage in snow-covered Midtown Atlanta, on an overpass over I-85. Just as he mentioned drivers were being, for the most part, careful, a car on the interstate below spun out and went into a safety fence.

The AJC reports that in Gwinnett County alone there have been 567 traffic calls since midnight.
