Jodi Brooks is signing off from Denver CBS O&O KCNC, The Denver Post reports.
Brooks’ last day will be Friday. She is leaving to become the regional sales director for an insurance company. “I decided a year ago that it was time to do something totally different,” Brooks said. “I chose fame over fortune (in the TV gig), now I’m choosing fortune over fame.”
Brooks, a Denver native, has also worked at WOAW in Wausau, Wisc., WRCB in Chattanooga, WPMI in Mobile and WEWS in Cleveland.
