Jenni Hogan Leaving Seattle’s KIRO

Jenni Hogan, morning traffic anchor for KIRO in Seattle has announced she will be leaving the CBS affiliate on Friday.

Hogan posted the news to her blog, jennihogan.com under the heading, “2013 Let’s Make Dreams Happen!”

“It’s time for me to listen to my own advice,” Hogan said on her blog. “I’m going for it and it’s important to me that I share this news with all of you and bring you along for the ride. Friday, December 28th will be my last day on KIRO-TV and I’m excited about the future.”

Hogan also spoke about her future plans, saying she was teaming up with Target to celebrate service,

Target is partnering with Points of Light and the Presidential Inauguration Committee to hold a weekend of events to inspire the world to make a difference through service. I feel honored to be part of this and to have the opportunity to take you along for the ride.

She also added she may pop up on KIRO now and again.
