Garth Kemp is now the full-time morning meteorologist for KCBS-KCAL.
He joined the Los Angeles CBS-owned station in December as a freelancer.
“It’s official I’m the new morning weather man for #CBSLA!” Kemp wrote on Instagram. “See you all every Mon-Fri from 4:30am-7am!!! Tune in or I get locked up.”

Kemp left ABC-owned KABC in August 2015.
