ICE Agent Accused of Sexting a Wichita Anchor Will Change Plea

By Stephanie Tsoflias Siegel

The ICE agent accused of sending a Wichita anchor Deb Farris inappropriate texts plans to change his plea.

TVSpy first reported when the KAKE anchor told police agent Andrew Pleviak had shared confidential government information and sent her sexual text messages.

Farris told police Pleviak first approached her to be a source but it turned fast. She showed officers more than 185 screen shots of text messages between them.

Pleviak was indicted on two counts of exceeding authorized access to a government computer and one count of destruction of records.

The change of plea hearing was set for Wednesday.
