Holden Kurwicki is leaving Wilmington, NC, ABC affiliate WWAY for Paducah, KY, NBC affiliate WPSD.
“The move is bittersweet because it is an incredible career opportunity for me to further my career close to my southern Illinois home,” Kurwicki told the StarNews Online. “But leaving all of my friends and family in North Carolina made this one of the most difficult decisions I have ever made in my life.”
Before coming to WWAY in July 2012, Kurwicki worked at WNDU in South Bend, IN. He starts at WPSD March 31.
