By Stephanie Tsoflias Siegel

Great Day Houston with Deborah Duncan will air live for the first time since Hurricane Harvey flooded KHOU.

The station posted the news on Facebook.

The live location will be at the Houston Livestock Show and Rodeo all week. This is rare for the morning show that typically takes place in a studio stetting.

According to blogger Mike McGuff, the show has pre-taped at various locations across Houston since September.

“We’re LIVE again today and the rest of the week at RODEOHOUSTON with another great show! Tune in this morning at 9am to see what we’re rounding up!

The Tegna owned CBS affiliate is in talks to sign a lease on a new facility. Right now they are still working out of a temporary space.
