After a little more than a year away in Washington D.C., former NBC Connecticut reporter, George Colli, is moving back to Hartford.
He will be the lead investigative reporter for the Nexstar owned ABC affiliate, WTNH.
In 2016, Cox Media hired Colli to be a D.C. correspondent for the station group’s local affiliate.

“I had an amazing experience in DC but can’t wait to get re-acquainted with everyone in the state. There’s plenty of news to tell around here. Send me your stories so I can chase them down,” Colli said on Facebook.
He starts back in Hartford on October 30.
