Garrett Turner made his debut on the WDBJ morning show Thursday.
Turner comes from KTUU in Anchorage, Alaska where he was a reporter and anchor.
He joined the Roanoke, Va., CBS affiliate co-anchors Kimberly McBroom and Leo Hirsbrunner. He was quizzed by senior reporter Joe Dashiell to learn more about him. Watch the video below to hear his story.
