Joseph M. Di Scipio has been promoted to svp of Legal and FCC Compliance for Fox Television Stations. He was hired at Fox as vp of legal and compliance in 2009.
Di Scipio is a past-president of the Federal Communications Bar Association. Before that, he worked at Fletcher, Heald & Hildreth where he provided advice on FCC compliance and negotiated network affiliation and transmission consent agreements for his broadcast clients.
He’s also worked as a field agent for the FCC and worked as an attorney in the Commission’s Compliance and Information Bureau in the Common Carrier Bureau.
