Former WESH Anchor Wendy Chioji Poses for Sexy New Calendar

Former WESH anchor, and breast cancer survivor, Wendy Chioji is set to be featured in a sexy, new calendar that raises money for cancer research and treatment (behind-the-scenes video of her photo shoot above).

Chioji is now working as a reporter for Growing Bolder, an Orlando-based media company that produces and distributes lifestyle content with the mantra “It’s Not About Age, It’s About Attitude.”

Chioji, 48, agreed to be a part of the Calendar for Conquering Cancer to show that life can look and feel great no matter how old you are or what you’ve endured.

“Those of us who get to come out alive on the other side of cancer treatment owe it to ourselves and to everyone else to live our second chance to the fullest,” Chioji says. “And getting to do this in my 40s feels great. I think I’m better–inward and outward–as the years go by.”

Chioji left Orlando’s WESH in 2008 after 20 years with the NBC-affiliate.  After overcoming breast cancer, she decided to pursue other adventures.
