He was the face of KYW in the 60’s and 70’s. Yesterday, CBS3 reported that Vince Leonard died at the age of 92 in his home in Las Vegas.
Leonard started as an anchor at the station in 1958 when the call letters were WCRV. He was there when the station transitioned to the Eyewitness news format.
In 1980 he left the station for Arizona and retired from news in 1989.
