Former news director Forrest Carr has died after a long battle with cancer.
His wife announced his death on Facebook and wrote, “Forrest loved life, and, in many ways, had a larger-than-life personality. Even at the final moments, he was smiling and sharing his unique brand of humor.”
Carr had been a news director in Albuquerque, N.M.; Fort Myers and Tampa, Fla.; San Antonio, Texas; Memphis, Tenn. and Tucson, Ariz.
