Davis was arrested in November 2012 and charged with DUI, failure to maintain a lane and reckless driving after driving northbound in a southbound lane of an Atlanta street.

According to Atlanta ABC station WSB, Davis was found not-guilty of DUI and reckless driving. She was sentenced to 20 hours of community service and ordered to pay a $200 fine after being found guilty of not maintaining her lane. “Davis told the judge she would have no problem with community service because she already does it.”
