Doug Delony to Join KHOU From Rival KRIV

Doug Delony will join KHOU, the CBS-affiliate in Houston, on July 9.

Delony comes to KHOU from rival KRIV, the Fox O&O in Houston, where he has worked since 2006 as a social media reporter and senior web producer.

“We’re very impressed with Doug’s skills in television news as well as his expertise with social media,” KHOU news director Philip Bruce said in a statement. “He’s the complete package—someone who really gets how to take our broadcasting product and give it a whole new life on social media platforms.”
