David Hyman Named Head of Creative for WPIX

Tribune Broadcasting’s New York CW affiliate WPIX has named David Hyman VP of Creative Services.

Hyman has worked with the station for several months as a consultant. He’ll officially join March 10 and report to Rich Graziano, WPIX president and GM.

“I grew up watching PIX11 and I’m thrilled to join Rich’s team and play a role in advancing PIX’s competitive position in the NY market,” Hyman said in a statement.

Hyman last worked as VP and creative director for NBC Nightly News with Brian Williams. He was also VP of Creative Services & Programming for WNBC in New York.
