D.C. Reporter Moves to New York

Zachary Kiesch has been hired by New York Fox-owned station WNYW as a general assignment reporter.

Kiesch comes from WRC in Washington, D.C. where he’s worked as a reporter for both news and sports and as a producer and editor. Before that, he worked at WMNS in St. Thomas.

“Every place Zachary has worked, he’s cultivated community sources at the grass root level, his story ideas are original and won’t always be told in the traditional cookie cutter two minute package.” said WNYW news director Byron Harmon.

He starts next Tuesday.
