After the Cleveland Cavaliers swept the Atlanta Hawks in the NBA Eastern Conference finals, it was time for FOX-owned station WAGA to pay the piper, or in this case Tribune’s Cleveland FOX affiliate WJW.
The two stations made a bet before the series started. So the good folks at at WJW made up what they called a ‘Loser Box” and sent it along to WAGA.
According to the bet, the team at WAGA have to 1) Wear a shirt with the Cavaliers logo 2) Enjoy food & drink from Cleveland and 3) Write and essay about why Cleveland is great and why people should come visit and read it on TV.
