Homa Bash is leaving WEWS in Cleveland to work at KXAS in Dallas.
“My parents are in Tulsa, I grew up in Oklahoma. My brother is in Dallas and my other brother is in Houston. So, Dallas makes sense for me,” Bash told Cleveland.com. “I’ve always been a plane flight away for the last 10 years, so it’s just time to be closer.”
KXAS confirmed Bash starts there in September.

She joined WEWS in September 2014 and has also worked at KTVZ in Bend, Oregon, KTAB in Abilene, Texas and KTUL in Tulsa, Oklahoma.
