Chris Tye is returning to the anchor desk at WKYC, the NBC affiliate in Cleveland. Beginning in early January, Tye will anchor the weekend evening newscasts alongside Lynna Lai.
According to the WKYC Director’s Cut blog, Tye will continue to report for the evening newscast three days a week. He has been a general assignment reporter for the station since September, when he was replaced on the morning newscast by John Anderson.
