WTIC, the FOX affiliate in Hartford-New Haven, CT, has promoted Audrey Kuchen from weekend evening anchor to weekday evening anchor. According to New England One, she will be co-anchoring the 5:00 p.m., 10:00 p.m. and 11:00 p.m. broadcasts with Brent Hardin.
Kuchen wrote a lengthy Facebook post about her new promotion, where she describes how she’s known she wanted to be an anchor since second grade.
Prior to joining WTIC in 2010, Kuchen worked at FOX affiliate KMVU and NBC affiliate KOBI in Medford, Oreg, where she was an anchor and producer.
