Alex Boyer ‘Humbled’ to Join KDFW as Reporter

Alex Boyer has been named general assignment reporter at Dallas Fox-owned station KDFW.

Boyer starts at KDFW on Jan. 4, 2016. He comes from Austin’s KEYE. He was a senior reporter and anchor at WBBH in Fort Myers, Fla., before that. He’s also worked at WPLG in Miami, WVIT in Hartford, Conn., and WGGB in Springfield, Mass.

“Dallas-Fort Worth is a destination news market and FOX 4 is a force to be reckoned with,” said Boyer. “I’m humbled to be joining such a talented newsroom and eager to tackle the stories that matter to Texans.”
