CNN business correspondent Zain Asher’s brother, Chiwetel Ejiofor, is among the Academy Award nominees for best actor. Asher, whose full name is Zain Asher Ejiofor, appeared on CNN this morning to talk about her brother’s Oscar nod for “12 Years a Slave.”
“Growing up with him, he was always in his bedroom practicing Shakespeare lines, writing Shakespeare on the wall,” she recalled. “I would go out with my friends and I would come home and in the morning he’d be reciting ‘Measure for Measure’ and in the evening it would be ‘Othello.'” Watch:
