Willie Geist might have thoughts about entering the NBA draft this year after scoring on one of the league’s most dominant big man of all time on this morning’s “Today.”
In a one-on-one matchup with Shaquille O’Neal, Willie didn’t let getting pushed around stop him, shooting from under O’Neal’s arm to sink a tough shot off the backboard.
“I certainly have to look at all my options and ultimately do what’s right for me and my family,” Geist tells TVNewser in response to whether he might enter this year’s NBA draft.
“Needless to say there has been no shortage of phone calls this morning from NBA general managers drooling over a kid who last played competitively in 1993 and refuses to play defense,” he added.
