Where You Won’t See the Heene Family ‘Wife Swap’ Episode

There will be 60 fewer minutes of fame for the subjects of last week’s most covered cable news story: the Heene family. The episode of “Wife Swap” that featured the family was to re-air on Lifetime Thursday, October 29, at 2pET. But after last week’s drama turned out to be staged, Lifetime swapped out the episode of “Swap”.

“Once we found out” [it was allegedly a hoax] we decided to pull it off the air,” a spokesperson tells CNN.com. “At this time, we don’t have any plans to air it in the near future.”
