As the USA-Germany game gets underway in Brazil, here’s a reminder of which lucky correspondents are covering the World Cup for their respective networks: CNN’s Lara Baldesarra, Fox News’ Bryan Llenas, CBS’ Elaine Quijano, ABC’s Paula Faris and NBC’s Natalie Morales, who found herself in the middle of a particularly noisy group of fans during her 9 a.m. live shot on “Today” this morning:
For those of you who work in TV news, and are not in Brazil, you may have the benefit of having a TV on your desk. And if you work for the state of New York, here’s some good news: Governor Andrew Cuomo has approved an extra hour of lunch for all New York State employees today. (Maybe he got the idea from his brother, CNN anchor Chris Cuomo who was in Rio earlier this week covering the Team USA v. Portugal game.) See Gov. Cuomo’s tweet after the jump.
