‘Watch Yourself, Richard’: Woman Interrupts Live Report by CNN’s Richard Quest

A live report from CNN’s Richard Quest in Greece this week captured the at-the-breaking-point tension in the streets after banks were closed and Greeks were denied access to cash.

A woman charged toward Quest before being restrained by members of the crew. “Watch yourself, Richard” was the warning from a CNN anchor. Quest was unhurt–and hardly lost a beat as the woman repeatedly attempted to reach him, while screaming.

Side note: while the banner reads “Captured Alive,” the woman did not, in fact, ever “capture” Quest. The banner was quickly replaced with the correct one for the story, “On the Brink.”
