Want to be Alisyn Camerota’s Assistant?

By Chris Ariens

Fox News Channel’s Alisyn Camerota is a busy lady — wife, mother of three (including twins), anchor — so she’s looking for a personal assistant. And she’s reaching out to students/recent alum of NYU to help. Best benefit: you’ll “get face time with one of FOX News Channel’s top anchors.”

She wants someone who is passionate about the news industry and understands the importance of deadlines and good research. Knowledge of Facebook, Twitter and WordPress is a plus. She needs someone who is organized and reliable to commit to 8 hours a week. You can work from home, but you may be required to meet her around Midtown Manhattan.

DEADLINE: DEC. 7, 2009

RATE: $12.00 hr.

HOURS: 8 to 10 a week
LOCATION: Your home, sometimes meeting in New York City, (subway/taxi fare reimbursed).

We’re leaving off the contact info, since most of you reading this probably aren’t “a dependable responsible journalism student or recent graduate.”

> Update: The author of the job posting reached out to us to let us know Camerota did not approve the ad.
