Wall Street Journal Alums Join CNBC

Herb Greenberg and Kate Kelly are joining CNBC’s on-air roster. Greenberg will be senior stocks commentator and Kelly will be a reporter focusing on Wall Street.

Greenberg has been a financial journalist for more than 30 years and was most recently co-president of Greenberg Meritz Research & Analytics. He is a former weekend investor columnist for The Wall Street Journal and a former senior columnist for MartketWatch.

Kelly has been a staff reporter for The Wall Street Journal for nearly ten years covering Goldman Sachs, Bear Stearns, Lehman Brothers and Morgan Stanley as well as the movie business and the New York Stock Exchange. Before joining the Journal in 2001, she was a writer and reporter for TIME magazine.
