By Chris Ariens

CBS Evening News anchor Katie Couric is reporting live from the scene where USAirways flight 1549 crashed into the Hudson River a few hours ago. Couric is having to deal with honking horns along the West Side Highway while talking with correspondent Randall Pinkston and interviewing the last passenger who made it off the plane.

Brian Williams and Charlie Gibson are anchoring from their studios.

GMA’s Robin Roberts, who witnessed the crash from her balcony is reporting for World News and Mike Taibbi is reporting from the west side for NBC Nightly News.
