With snow falling in parts of the country today, the Weather Channel is already looking ahead to winter. As it has for the past two years, the network announced storm names for the winter season earlier this week.
Start practicing the below names in the unfortunate event you hear them a lot.

Fans will get the opportunity to name the “W” storm this month. They can go to this poll to decide between Warren, Wilda, Willie, Woden, and Wolf. If Willie wins, it will be interesting to see what kind of segments NBC’s “Today” comes up with based off of co-host Willie Geist.
