Republican presidential candidate Donald Trump, who has said he was treated unfairly during the Fox News GOP debate last week, has been assured by Fox News chairman and CEO Roger Ailes the network has no agenda against Trump or his campaign:
Roger Ailes just called. He is a great guy & assures me that “Trump” will be treated fairly on @FoxNews. His word is always good!

It’s a cooling in a relationship that took a blow during last week’s Republican presidential debate, which Trump blasted afterwards.
Trump appeared on four of five network Sunday morning public affairs programs–talking repeatedly about the Fox News debate–but did not talk to Fox News Sunday.
On Twitter, Trump made no secret of his feelings about Fox News:
It amazes me that other networks seem to treat me so much better than @FoxNews. I brought them the biggest ratings in history, & I get zip!
