By Mark Joyella

Presumptive Republican nominee Donald Trump, and his newly-named running mate, Mike Pence, have given their first television interview as running mates, sitting down today with CBS News’ Lesley Stahl for Sunday’s 60 Minutes.

CBS says the interview was shot at Trump’s home in New York, and excerpts of the conversation will air on CBS News later today.

60 Minutes also had the first joint interview with Mitt Romney and Paul Ryan after Ryan was named as Romney’s running mate in 2012.
