In a segment this morning about Colorado’s new marijuana law, CNN anchor John Berman was asked if he would like to partake.
“Who wants to buy pot there?” comedian and marijuana legalization activist Tommy Chong asked. “You guys wanted to score some weed?”
Referencing his panel of lawyers, Berman responded that he was all set.

“No problem, I’ve been paying my lawyer lately with weed,” Chong responded.
“Danny and Joey right now are making sure that they’ve passed the bar in the state that you reside at this point,” Berman joked. Watch:
