  • ABC News “World News Tonight” Anchor David Muir has been given rare access to the NYPD for an in-depth look at the massive retraining of the largest police force in the country. The NYPD does not typically allow media to ride-along, but Muir has exclusive access to the three-day retraining program, including the new “take down” tactics and de-escalation training.
  • Former CBS anchor Alexis Christoforous has been named a senior executive for Airex Media, its broadcast, events, and media division. Christoforous spent nearly six years as an anchor and correspondent for CBS “MarketWatch. ” She began her business news career at Bloomberg TV and Radio in 1994, where she was the anchor of the “Bloomberg Morning News.”
  • CNN’s Brooke Baldwin chronicled her journey up Mount Kilimanjaro on CNN.com. Baldwin has video, photos and even a recap of the trip that she calls the “experience of a lifetime.” She even lists 10 lessons she learned while climbing Africa’s tallest peak.
