The cable news scare tactics are working: 22 percent of CNN.com poll participants believe terrorists live in their neighborhood.

Earlier today, it was up to 31 percent, according to Bill Robinson at the Huffington Post. (As of 1am Monday, the QuickVote had only recorded 597 responses.)
