  • CNN’s Dr. Sanjay Gupta tells Capital New York he started thinking of doing a sequel to his pot doc “Weed,” while working on the first one. “Even with an hour it didn’t seem like enough time,” says Gupta. “There were certain issues we really wanted to get into but we didn’t have enough time.” “Weed 2” debuts tonight at 10pmET.

  • Fusion has hired YouTube and Upworthy veteran Hong Qu as Chief Technology Officer. “We want Fusion to be an incubator for innovation where we take risks and experiment not only with new forms of content, but also new ways of ways of delivering that content – especially on our mobile platforms,” Fusion CEO Isaac Lee wrote in an email to staff today.

  • “Cosmos” host Neil deGrasse Tyson was not having Stephen Colbert’s “fair and balanced” climate change argument last night. “When different experiments give you the same result, it is no longer subject to your opinion…it’s true whether or not you believe in it. That’s why it works!” “Cosmos” continues on FOX networks Sunday.
