> The NYTimes’ Brooks Barnes writes about one Fox entity questioning another over its programming. On Monday, a Fox News Channel producer, working on a story, phoned Fox Broadcasting for a comment about a scene on Sunday night’s Family Guy suggesting Nazi officers would have supported the McCain-Palin ticket.

> 48 Hours Mystery was Saturday night’s #1 program in households and viewers. The show won its time slot in households (4.4/08), Total Viewers (6.43m) and A25-54 (2.2/06). “Into Thin Air,” profiled the disappearance of Jean Zapata, who vanished from her Madison, WI home and left behind a mystery that would take 30 years to solve.

> In its premiere production, MSNBC Films debuts “Witness to Jonestown,” a feature length documentary that takes an insider’s look at the Jonestown massacre. The two-hour documentary coincides with the 30th anniversary of the unforgettable American tragedy in Guyana. “Witness” premieres Sunday, Nov. 9 at 9pmET.
