MSNBC’s July ratings growth has some critics claiming the network is simply riding the wave of popular investigative programs, most especially “To Catch A Predator,” which first air on NBC. Last week, an MSNBC insider defended the network’s “strategy” to TVNewser.

This grid highlights MSNBC’s top 25 programs for July. This marked the fourth week in a row that MSNBC beat CNN in sales prime.
