He’s back! Former NewsHour co-anchor Robert ‘Robin’ MacNeil, who retired from the PBS broadcast in 1995, will be featured on pbs.org, answering questions submitted by fans curious about his life since leaving television news.
NewsHour Senior Correspondent Jeffrey Brown interviewed MacNeil earlier this week, using queries sent in by viewers. MacNeil, a playwright, author, and documentary film maker, granted the talk to mark the centennial of the MacDowell Colony, the oldest artists’ colony in the U.S., on whose board he serves.
The interview will be posted this Wednesday, part of a new online NewsHour feature, Insider Forums.
