Watching cable news all day, you start to see trends. This is one of them. FNC correspondent Jonathan Hunt and his team have been reporting live from Greenland all this week. He’s been bringing viewers reports on the polar melt, the so-called new cold war (nations claiming land rights around the Arctic Circle), U.S. ice breakers, and a piece today on Thule Airbase, the northernmost US military outpost. During a report in the 10amET hour, Hunt went so far as to take off the many layers he’s been donning this week. Said Hunt, “This is how Geraldo would have done it!” Hunt and the team will soon be on their way home. For Hunt, that means sunny LA.
