  • Lauren Zalaznick is leaving NBCUniversal after 12 years with the network. Since February, Zalaznick has been EVP of NBCU Digital. Before that she was Chairman of Entertainment & Digital Networks overseeing the Bravo, Oxygen, and Telemundo networks, among others.

  • MSNBC host Alex Wagner is engaged to former White House chef Sam Kass, who now heads up Let’s Move, the First Lady’s child obesity initiative. In August, the Washington Post reported the couple had been dating for about a year.

  • David Faber is celebrating 20 years with CNBC. On “Squawk on the Street” this morning, the show produced a montage of some of Faber’s biggest breaking stories and interviews.
