- Kasie Hunt joins the NBC News DC bureau as an off-air reporter/producer. Hunt comes to NBC from the AP, where she was a national political reporter. Hunt has appeared regularly on MSNBC shows including “The Daily Rundown,” and “Hardball.”
- BBC World News Channel is now on 10 million more U.S. homes. Time Warner Cable completed its rollout of the channel bringing total U.S. subscribers to 25 million and about 200 million worldwide.
