- ABC’s Diane Sawyer has secured an interview with former Rep. Gabrielle Giffords and her husband, former astronaut Mark Kelly.They are expected to talk about the recovery process from the Tucson shooting two years ago, and the Newtown shooting.
- HBO’s new newsmagazine “VICE” will debut in the Spring, the network has announced. From the magazine of the same name, the TV program will report on the Taliban recruiting children to be suicide bombers and a South Korean preacher who helps rescue sex slaves in China.
- CBS News is re-airing classic interviews from “Person to Person” on its programs. On “CBS This Morning Saturday,” the network aired an interview Edward R. Murrow conducted with actor Paul Newman.
