The FOX Ticker: Sanchez, Beckel, Snyder…

By Chris Ariens

  • MundoFox’s Rick Sanchez heads to Mexico City this week to cover the inauguration of incoming President Enrique Pena Nieto. The former MSNBC and CNN anchor and his family are also returning home to Florida after several years of living in Atlanta.

  • ICN has the Bob Beckel hall of shame highlighting multiple on-air incidents and apologies from the FNC contributor and co-host of “The Five”. Last week’s over-the-top commentary and apology — or as Beckel describes it “one of my typical wisecracks” — had to do with San Francisco’s public nudity ban.

  • Peter Snyder is stepping down as a conservative on-air analyst for Fox News. “Pete’s been a strong and effective conservative voice at Fox News and for America,” says boss Roger Ailes. “Having known Pete for a dozen years or more, I have no doubt he has a very bright future ahead.”
