  • Soledad O’Brien returns to CNN tonight with a new documentary, “The War Comes Home.” Airing at 9pmET and produced by O’Brien’s Starfish Media Group, the documentary follows the personal battles of two men after they leave the battlefield.

  • New York Times reporter Alissa Rubin was injured when the relief helicopter she was traveling in crashed. The chopper went down shortly after takeoff Tuesday killing the pilot. The helicopter was on a mission to aid Yazidi refugees in Iraq.

  • The ice bucket challenge hit CNBC this afternoon as “Fast Money Halftime Report” host Scott Wapner got doused. His nominees for the challenge include Facebook CEO Mark Zuckerberg and Twitter CEO Dick Costolo.
