Supreme Court Leaves Death Row Interview Ban in Place

The Supreme Court turned down an appeal today from David Paul Hammer, who was arguing that the ban on face-to-face media interviews with death row inmates was unconstitutional, according to the Associated Press. The AP reports that, “Twenty-three news media organizations also urged the court to hear the case.”
