Supreme Court Declines to Hear Fox Biz FOIA Case, Network To Get Documents It Requested

The U.S. Supreme Court declined to hear a case relating to a Freedom of Information Act request from Fox Business Network. As a result the U.S. Court of Appeals decision will stand, and the documents FBN requested from the Federal Reserve must be released. FBN filed the suit in January, 2009, and won the case last March
