Sunday Show Ratings: May 22

NBC’s “Meet the Press with David Gregory” led the way again in both total viewers and A25-54 viewers last Sunday. Compared to the same week last year, all the Sunday public shows grew in younger viewerss; all, with the exception of “This Week with Christiane Amanpour,” were up in total viewers as well.

Bob Schieffer’s “Face the Nation” on CBS continues in second place, up the most year-over-year, and had its best May sweep since 2006 — up +10% in total viewers and up +17% in A25-54 viewers compared to May 2010.

Cable replays of FOX News Sunday averaged a combined 2,271,000 total viewers and 489,000 A25-54 viewers. “MTP” added 1,237,000 viewers with rebroadcasts – 463,000 on NBC and 774,000 on MSNBC.
