CBS’ “face the Nation” was the top Sunday public affairs show in both total viewers and adults 25-54 on March 11. NBC’s “Meet the Press,” which has been see-sawing with “Face” this year, placed second in both categories, barely finishing behind CBS in total viewers,
ABC’s “This Week” placed third in both categories, but came within spitting distance of NBC in the demo. “Fox News Sunday” and Univision’s “Al Punto” rounded out the list.
Compared to last year all of the shows were down in the demo, while only “Meet the Press” was up in total viewers. This week last year “MTP” actually placed third behind both CBS and ABC.
